BEST Health Guide!
I was hesitant at first to buy the newer copy after it the old guide was updated but I'm glad I went with my instinct to purchase it because I've learned so much from this guide! It has the basics of even learning how to read food labels to info on low GI foods. By far a guide that I can always refer back to and necessary for anyone starting/continuing their fitness journey!
