TLS Nutrition Shakes

I use this shake just as it is or in my smoothies or in my muffins so yummy. I have only tried the Vanilla so far, I will be trying the cookies and cream soon that everyone is going on about.

The vanilla Nutrition Shake tastes good. I enjoy drinking it as a hot drink by mixing it with hot water. Sometimes I mix it with coffee. When I mix it with hot water, I add a little bit hot water first and stir it into a paste and then gradually add more and more hot water. It gives me energy for my hiking activity and it is good after my workout routine too

I wasn't a big shake person, but I was looking for a way to add more fiber to my diet. I love the TLS shakes because they have have 14g of fiber, taste delicious as a shake, but I add mine to coffee!!
