Chromium is a vital trace mineral that forms part of a compound in the body known as glucose tolerance factor (GTF), which may assist in stabilizing blood sugar and, also helps support normal glucose metabolism. Food sources of chromium include brewer’s yeast, whole grain cereals, broccoli, prunes, mushrooms, beer, spices, brown sugar, coffee, tea, beer, wine and meat products. What if I feel jittery? What do I do?
If you feel jittery, you can cut back to a half serving until you become accustomed to the product. You can also take the product with food and make sure to avoid any other sources of caffeine to reduce any jittery feeling.
If I am sensitive to caffeine can I take this?
You can still take this product if you are sensitive to caffeine. However, you may not be able to take more than a half serving until your body gets accustomed to the product. You can also take a half serving just once a day. Consult your health care professional to see if this product is suitable for you.
If I know there is a possibility that I will cheat and eat high-glycaemic foods, should I double my dose of TLS Thermochrome?
You should not exceed the recommended amount. Use only as directed. Taking more than the recommended amount can cause abdominal discomfort or other unknown risks or dangers.
If I forget to take my supplements before a meal, what should I do?
If you forget to take your supplements prior to a meal, you should take them immediately with a meal or right after eating. If you forget to take your supplements before, during, or after your meal, do not double your amount at the next meal. Take only the recommended amount listed on the bottle.
Are there any contraindications or warnings I should be aware of when taking TLS Thermochrome?
For Adult Use Only. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are following a low protein diet, have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice), have an iron deficiency, have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome). Some people may experience diarrhea. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder and/or diabetes. Consumption with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas and cocoa) is not recommended. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription medication or other natural health products. This product contains caffeine. For use beyond 12 weeks consult a healthcare practitioner.

Losing weight while boosting energy
This is my favourite go to product for energy booster when I feel tired to do my workout (esp. now being a mother of 2 young kids). Every time I take it, I notice stable energy that is needed for me to do what I need to do without the energy crash afterward

One of my favourite pre-workouts!
This product is my favourite out of the entire TLS line! I take it everytime before I go rock climbing to get that spike of energy that I need. If you're caffeine sensitive, start off with taking 1 pill as opposed to 3 and slowly add more depending on how much it affects you. Also make sure to drink lots of water!
